Review

I cooked some of his recipes and they tasted amazing! However, the recipes are complicated and time-consuming, but worth it. Chef Keller's concept and approach is not a quick meal … it is gourmet cooking for you to learn in small, delicious bites, served in eye-appealing layers – using your own recipes, or you can adapt his to make them simpler.
