The product arrived well-packaged and completely frozen inside of a reusable thermal bag, surrounded by dry ice, and in an insulated box. I host the holidays and always on the lookout for high quality meats that are easy to prepare. The pork itself was tender and flavorful. A fantastic product that I would definitely order again! Tasty and tender. This is by far the most flavorful pork I have ever eaten – my guests went on and on. Get one and you won't regret it and you'll crave it. Oh, and the leftovers are fantastic. Highly recommended. The best taste I've ever had, my family and guests said they can tell the difference, well worth the price…and I qualify that by saying that the price restricts this to a rare special occasion only purchase.
